4 1/2 cup cooked rice 1 tablespoon parsley flakes 1 1/2 cups (8 ounces) leftover cubed, cooked turkey 1 small can cut green beans, drained 3/4 cup milk 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
Combine cooked rice and parsley in 8 x 12 inch baking pan with spoon. Press rice up sides and over bottom to form crust. Combine turkey, beans, milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can of fried onions - spoon into rice crust. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake uncovered five minutes longer. Makes 6 servings
