Turkey Fruit Salad
1 (20 ounces.) can pineapple chunks
3 cups leftover turkey breast cooked and shredded
1 (8 ounces) package macaroni, cooked
2 cups diced celery
1/2 cups julienne red bell pepper
1/2 cups sliced green onion
1/2 cups sliced black olives
3/4 cups mayonnaise
1/3 cups chopped chutney
1/4 cups dairy sour cream
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoons salt
Instructions
Drain pineapple. Combine pineapple chunks, turkey, macaroni, celery, bell pepper, onion, olives and mayonnaise. Blend remaining ingredients together in another bowl. Toss salad with dressing. Cover and refrigerate until chill. Serve.
Makes 6 servings
