Barbecued Turkey
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup diced celery
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Few drops of Tabasco sauce
3 cups leftover turkey breast cooked and shredded.
Instructions
In medium size bowl mix tomato soup, brown sugar and celery. Add garlic salt, mustard, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce. Let stand. Pour batter over turkey. Let simmer for 45 to 60 minutes on medium heat.
Makes 4-6 servings
