Green Pea and Chestnut Casserole
2 (10 ounces) pkgs. frozen green peas
1 pound can bean sprouts, drained
5 ounces can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
3 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French fried onion rings
Instructions
Cook and drain peas. Combine with bean sprouts, water chestnuts, mushrooms and soup. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with onion rings. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
