Green Pea Cheez-Its Casserole
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 stick margarine
2 cups small peas
1 cup water chestnuts
1 small jar pimentos
1 cup mushroom soup
"Cheez-Its", crumbled
2 quart size casserole dish
Instructions
Saute celery, onions, bell pepper and margarine until tender. Add peas (drained), chopped and drained chestnuts, chopped and drained pimento and soup. Pour into casserole. Cover with Cheez-its. Bake at 250 degrees until bubbly.
