Marinated Green Pea Salad
1 (14-15 ounce) can small green peas
1 (14-15 ounce) can French cut green beans
1 (14-15 ounce) can shoe peg corn
4 stalks celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 sm. jar pimentos
Dressing
1/4 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. water
Instructions
Mix vegetables together. Mix dressing ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Let set in refrigerator several hours to marinate flavors.
Makes 8 servings
