Creamed Shrimp and Green Peas
5 tablespoons butter
5 tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cups milk
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
3 tablespoon lemon juice
10 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon cooked shrimp
1 cups English peas
Instructions
Cook in top of double boiler until thick. Good to serve as a main luncheon dish in casserole or on toast.
