3 tablespoons. butter
6 tablespoons. flour
2 cups ground lean cooked ham
1 egg, beaten
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can sauerkraut, chopped
1/4 teaspoon. Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Batter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 c. water
Combine above ingredients (except for batter ingredients) well. Form into balls.
To create the batter, beat together with whisk the flour, paprika and water. Dip meatballs in batter and deep fry.
