Butterscotch Kiss Cookies
2 egg whites
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup nuts
1 6-ounce bag butterscotch chips
Instructions
Beat egg whites until peaks form. Add sugar and beat well. Add vanilla. Stir in nuts and butterscotch chips. Drop from a teaspoon onto foil-covered cookie sheet. Place in preheated 350 degree oven. Immediately turn heat off. Do not open or remove from oven for at least 2 hours.
