12 ounce chocolate chips 4 egg whites dash of salt 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
Melt chocolate in double boiler. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; add salt. Beat in sugar and continue beating until mixture is thick. Fold in melted chocolate chops and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased cookie sheets. Bake 16 minutes with 325 degrees.
Makes 4 dozen cookies.
