2 sticks butter 7 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 3 cups flour 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Instructions
Cream butter, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add flour, 1 cup at one time, mixing well. Add nuts. Shape cookies and bake in 300 degree oven for about 20 minutes or until slightly browned.
Makes 4-5 dozen cookies.
