Cream butter and 5 tablespoons sugar. Mix in all remaining ingredients except cinnamon and remaining sugar. Roll into balls and put a thumbprint in each cookie. Bake in 375 degree oven about 10 minutes. Cool slightly; remove from pan.
Makes 5 dozen cookies.
