Green Chile and Tomato Salad
2 pkgs. lemon gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced celery
Lettuce leaves
3 1/2 c. hot water
1 (10 oz.) can green chili and
tomatoes
Mayonnaise
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add salt and green chilies and tomatoes. When cool, add celery. Pour into mold. Chill. Serve on lettuce leaves with mayonnaise.
