1 can cherry pie filling 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. water 1 pkg. (3 oz.) cherry Jello 1 (7 oz.) bottle 7-Up 1 can (8 oz.) pineapple juice
Instructions
Place pie filling in saucepan along with sugar, water and pineapple juice. Bring to a boil over low heat. Add jello and 7-Up. Simmer over low heat until all foam is gone. Place pineapple chunks in shallow pan (8 x 8 inch square or mold). I mix it in mixture. Pour into container and place in refrigerator for a 4 hour chilling time. Note: I use light pie filling and sugar free Jello and 7-Up. Use a large enough kettle because when you add the pop it foams a lot.
