Baked Scallops
1 pound scallops
2 cups soda cracker crumbs
1 cups soft bread crumbs
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
1 cup light cream
Instructions
Wash scallops in cold running water and drain. Cut in half, crosswise, if using large scallops. Combine butter or margarine with bread crumbs and salt and pepper. In a greased baking dish alternate layers of scallops with layers of crumb mixture ending with crumb mixture. Add light cream and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
