Oyster Stew
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 pints fresh oysters
2 quarts milk
salt to taste
pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add Worcestershire sauce and stir. Add oysters and cook until the edges curl. Slowly add milk; stir and reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings
