Scalloped Corn and Oysters
1 (1 pound) can cream-style corn
1 small can oyster stew
1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon chopped pimento
2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
Combine corn, oyster stew, 1 cup cracker crumbs, milk, celery, egg and pimento; pour into greased casserole dish. Combine butter and remaining cracker crumbs; sprinkle over corn mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree F oven for 45 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
