Lobster and Asparagus Salad
1 cup lobster meat
1 (5 oz. can) asparagus tips
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 to 1 1/2 cup small peas
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup heavy cream
Lettuce leaves
Instructions
Drain lobster meat and slice. Drain asparagus and peas. Blend mayonnaise and whipped cream. Layer all ingredients in deep serving bowl. Garnish with nice pieces of lobster meat, asparagus, and lettuce. Chill.
