Lobster Chowder
3 cup cut up lobster
1/8 pound butter or oleo
1/2 teaspoon vinegar
2 medium potatoes
1/2 onion
1/2 pint heavy cream
Milk
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Melt butter in fry pan and add cut up lobster. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream. Boil potatoes and onions which have been diced in a separate pan. When done drain and add lobster mixture. Season with salt and pepper and add sufficient milk to cover. Heat and serve.
