Pie Filling Banana Bread
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
1 package yellow cake mix (2 layer with no pudding)
1 package Jello banana cream instant pudding & pie filling
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup butter or oil
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Tad of banana extract
Instructions
Combine all blend and beat it on medium for 4 minutes. Pour into 2 greased and floured 8"x4" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees 50 to 55 minutes or until cake pulls away from pan. Cool in pans 15 minutes on rack.
