1 package Jiffy oatmeal muffin mix 1 egg 2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 over ripe bananas, mashed
Instructions
Mash bananas. Add muffin mix and prepare mix as directed on package. Add sugar and spice. Bake at 350 degrees until springs back in center. May bake in loaf pan or square baking pan.
