Candied Cherry Pineapple Banana Bread
3 sticks margarine
2 cup sugar
3 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup diced candied cherries
3 beaten eggs
2 cup mashed bananas
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (8 ounces) can crushed pineapple, well drained
Instructions
Cream sugar and margarine. Add beaten eggs and vanilla, stir to combine.
Sift together dry ingredients, add to sugar mixture.
Add mashed bananas, pineapple, cherries and nuts. Mix well and pour into 5 mini loaf pans or 3 regular loaf pans.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
