Fried Dove

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Large dash of garlic salt

Meat tenderizer

Buttermilk, enough to cover meat.

pepper to taste

salt to taste

Combine ingredients and add doves in pressure cooker. Cook at 5 pounds for 15 minutes. Remove from cooker and wash to cool. To 1 cup self-rising flour, add a dash of garlic salt, pepper, meat tenderizer and salt. Put in plactic bag and shake. Dip doves in thick fresh buttermilk and then shake to coat in seasoned self-rising flour. Fry in deep fat until golden brown.
