2 tablespoons chipped bell pepper 1/4 cup chopped celery 2-4 tablespoons butter 1 pound crabmeat 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt 1 to 2 slices of bread, softened in milk 1 egg Ritz cracker crumbs
SautÃˆ bell pepper, celery and onions in butter until transparent. Add to crab meat and season with salt and pepper. Squeeze milk from bread and crumble into crabmeat mixture. Break egg into mixture and mix lightly. Spoon into crap shells. Top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-30 minutes. Can be frozen before baking.
