Fried Soft Shelled Crabs

6 soft shelled crabs

1 egg

1 cup flour

salt and pepper to taste

1 cup milk

Clean crabs by removing soft feelers under each side of shell. Remove eyes, mouth and sand bag under mouth. Wash well. Soak in mixture of egg, milk, salt and pepper. Dip in flour. Fry in deep fat for about 20 minutes or until brown.
