Crab Egg Foo Yung
4 eggs, well beaten
1 (1 pound) can bean spouts, drained
1/3 cup diced green onions
1 cup flaked crabmeat
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons salad oil
Instructions
Combine eggs, bean sprouts, onions, crabmeat, salt pepper and garlic powder. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large frypan. Shape 1/4 cup mixture for each patty. Fry patties as pancakes, turning once. Cook until set and lightly browned. Remove from hot platter. Add remaining salad oil as needed to fry patties. Serve with Fo Yung Sauce.
Additional Information
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 cup chicken broth
Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly.
