1/2 cup flour 1/4 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup margarine 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans 1 9-inch unbaked pie shell 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar Juice of 1/2 lemon 3 1/2 cups sliced or chopped apples 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix flour, brown sugar, margarine, and pecans. Spread 1/3 of mixture into pie shell. Combine sugar, lemon juice, apples and cinnamon; pour into pie shell. Top with remaining pecan mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
