Comments
This is a great pie and super easy. Should have taken a photo before cutting! I didn't have walnuts but pecans worked just as well. I didn't measure the apples, just peeled what I had and piled in the pie plate. This really does need the larger pie plate as it fills to the brim. I baked 60 minutes and noticed the bottom was a little soft but was done. I probably had too many apples and had extra juice. But we loved it and will be making it again!
