Apple Rhubarb Pie
2 unbaked 2 crust 9 inch pie crust
2 1/2 cup Granny Smith Apples, peeled and cut into chunks
2 1/2 cup rhubarb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 cup sugar
6 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground mace
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
Line a pie plate with pastry. For filling, combine all other ingredients, cover with second crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then turn down the oven to 350 degrees for 25 more minutes.
