Apple Raisin Pie
Unbaked pie crust for a double crust 9 inch pie
9 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions
Place bottom crust in pie shell. Combine apples and raisins, place in pie. Mix together sugar and spices, sprinkle over top. Add top crust and crimp edges and cut in vents in top. Bake in a 375 degree oven 45 minutes or until golden brown.
