Cake Mix Cherry Cheesecake
1 package yellow cake mix (2 layer)
2 tablespoons oil
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 1/2 cups Cool Whip
1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
Preheat voen to 300 degrees. Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix. In large mixing bowl, combine remaining cake mix, 1 egg and oil; mixture will be crumbly. Press cust mxture evenly into bottom and 3/4 way up sides of greased13x9x2 inch pan. In sam bowl, blend cheese, sugar, 3 eggs and reserved cake mix. Beat 1 minute at medium speed. Slowly add milk and lemon juice. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. When cool, spread pie filling over top.
