Lemon Cheese Cake
8 ounce package cream cheese
1 can condensed sweetened milk
1/2 cup sugar
Juice from three lemons
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 pint whipping cream
3 eggs, separated
1 box cinnamon graham crackers
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Let cream cheese soften and mix with 1 can condensed sweetened milk. Add egg yolks and blend. Then add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and whipped cream. Beat egg whites in separate bowl until stiff. Then fold into above mixture. Pour into crest made of cinnamon graham crackers mixed with 2 tablespoons butter. Freeze until read to serve. Good served with sliced strawberries on top.
