Shell
1 stick margarine
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
30 graham crackers
Filling
1 cup hot water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
1 small package lemon Jello
8 ounce package cream cheese
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tall can Pet evaporated milk, chilled and whipped
Crust
Mix margarine, graham crackers and sugar to form pie shell. Press in 9 inch pie pan on bottom and 2/3 way up side.
Filling
Mix hot water, lemon jello, and lemon juice; set aside to cool. Cream together sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and pet milk. Fold in cream and jello mixture. Pour in pie shell and sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top. Chill
