3/4 package zwieback, crushed in blender 1/2 cup soft butter 1/4 cup sugar
Filling 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoon sifted flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 4 eggs, separated
Instructions
Combine zwieback, soft butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Press firmly into bottom and 3/4 up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Combine filling ingredients except cream cheese and egg whites. Place in blender; blend until smooth. Add pieces of cream cheese; beat in blender til stiff. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour over crumb crust. Bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until set in the center. Cool; refrigerate before cutting. Top with crushed sweetened strawberries. Makes 8 servings.
