18 graham crackers, crushed 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 cup melted butter 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 (22 ounce) can blueberry pie filling 1/2 pint whipping cream
Instructions
Combine crumbs, powdered sugar and butter. Press into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Blend eggs, sguar and cream cheese. Spread cheese mixture over crumb crust. Bake at 300 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool slightly. Stir lemon juice into pie filling. Pour over cheesecake. Top with whipped cream and refrigerate.
Makes 12 servings.
