Homemade Lemon Cheesecake
1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
sugar
3 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons flour
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons grated lemon peel
Instructions
Combine 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, melted butter and 1/3 cup sugar. Press into 8-inch pie pan. Cream cheese and butter; add 1/2 cup sugarand egg. Mix well. Add flour and milk; stir in lemon juice and peel. Pour into graham cracker pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill and serve. Top with dollop of sour cream, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
