2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese 3 eggs 2/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon almond extract 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat cream cheese, eggs, 2/3 cup sugar and almond flavoring until smooth and lemon colored. Pour into greased 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for 20 minutes. Beat sour cream, remaining sugar and vanilla well. Pour mixture over pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool. Refrigerate for 3 hours.
