Crushed Pineapple Cheesecake
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
Instructions
Add cheese graddly to eggs. Blend in sugar; add vanilla. Spread pineapple on bottom of greased 8 inch springform pan. Add cheese mixture, spread evenly over pineapple. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes until browned. This makes it's own crust.
