Breadcrumb Pancakes
1 tablespoon margarine
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup blueberries
Instructions
Melt margarine, add to milk and pour over crumbs. Add well beaten eggs and dry ingredients sifted together. Mix well. Add blueberries. Drop by tablespoonsfuls full on hot greased griddle. Small pancakes are easier to manage.
