Golden Pancakes
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 cup milk
3/4 cup light cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup sifted flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Instructions
To egg, add milk, cream and butter. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to first mixture. Beat with rotary beater until free of lumps. Cook on griddle until brown on bottom and top bubbly, then turn. Cook at 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
