Add egg mixture all at once to flour. Beat until smooth. Pour about 3 tablespoons batter into hot skillet baking only 1 pancake at a time. Tilt skillet to spread the batter thinly.
When pancake is lightly browned, turn and brown on the other side. Remove to hot serving plate. Spread with jello or jam and roll. Sprinkle with confectioners; sugar.
