Breakfast Wheat Germ Waffles
2 1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons bacon bits
1 cup crushed high protein cereal
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons oil
3 eggs
2 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup grape preserves
3 cups orange yogurt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
Combine Bisquick, sugar, bacon bits, cereal, buts, and wheat germ. Add oil, eggs, and milk. Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Spoon 1 cup batter onto heated waffle iron. Cook according to direction of waffle iron. Combine graple preserves, orange yogurt and nutmeg. Top each waffle with grape topping.
Makes 8-10 waffles.
