Veal Fricassee

2 pounds veal (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)

1 tablespoon flour

1 cup sour cream

salt and pepper to taste

1/8 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup beef broth

Cut veal into serving sized pieces. Season; dip in flour and brown in hot cooking oil. Combine 1 tablespoon flour, paprika, sour cream, and beef broth. Pour over meat. Cook slowly in covered skillet for 1 hour.
