Veal Stroganoff

1 pound veal, thinly sliced

1/4 cup flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup cooking oil

1 medium onion

1 (6 ounce) can mushrooms

1/2 cup water

1 chicken bouillon cube

1 teaspoon paprika

1 cup sour cream

8 ounces noodles, cooked

Combine flour, salt and pepper; dip meat into the mixture and coat lightly. Heat shortening in large skillet. Quickly brown veal. Add onion and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes. Add water, bouillon and paprika. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; blend in sour cream. Cover and simmer gently 15 minutes. Serve over hot noodles. Makes 4 servings
