Lamb Stuffed Cabbage Leaves
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 pound ground lamb
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 small cabbage
4 cups tomato juice
Instructions
Mix rice with meat, butter and seasonings. Form into small rolls. Cook individual cabbage leaves into a small amount of water for 5 minutes or until wilted. Wrap cabbage leaves around meat rolls; place in heavy skilled. Add tomato juice. Cover and simmer fro 30 to 45 minutes.
