Mint and Yogurt Marinade for Lamb or Chicken
1 cup yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon chopped mint leaves
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon. dry rosemary
2 lamb steaks or 1/2 chicken breasts
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Cover lamb steaks or chicken breasts with mixture and marinate 30 minutes to 4 hours (refrigerate if necessary). Grill, basting with leftover marinade.
