Roast Lamb
1 lamb roast
1 clove garlic
1 cup yogurt
salt and pepper
rosemary
Instructions
Cut fat from lamb. Pierce with sharp point of knife in several places. Insert garlic. Spread yogurt over roast. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and rosemary. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours and 30 minutes or until done. Remove garlic before serving.
Makes 6 servings
