Barbecue Lamb Spareribs
2 pounds lamb spareribs
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
1 medium onion, sliced
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Instructions
Place spareribs in shallow roasting pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Drain drippings. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over spareribs. Bake 45 minutes longer, basting frequently with sauce.
