1 pound lamb ribs 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper fat 1/2 cup orange juice 1 teaspoon flour 1 cup water 1 teaspoon grated orange rind 1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
Season ribs with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Brown in hot fat. Add orange juice. Cover; simmer slowly for 30 minutes. Blend flour with remaining ingredients; add to meat. Stir; cook for 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings
