Hungarian Lamb Stew

1 cup dried lima beans

3 pounds lamb, cut into 1/2 inch pieces

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon paprika

5 tablespoons cooking oil

2 tablespoons minced parsley

1 (1 pound 4 ounce) can tomatoes

18 small onions

1 1/2 cups water

2 teaspoons flour

1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Wash lima beans; cover with cold water and soak overnight. Drain beans. Sprinkle meat with salt and paprika; borwn on all sides with oil. Add beans, parsley, tomatoes, onions, and water; cover. Cook slowly for 2 hours. Blend with flour with small amount of cold water; add to meat, stirring constantly. Stir in sour cream; cook for 5 minutes. Serve immediately. Makes 6 servings.
